Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Products
All products sold by Kollektive AI are digital products delivered electronically. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel is lost once you have accessed or downloaded digital content, provided you gave prior consent and acknowledged this at the point of purchase.
14-Day Refund Window
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
You must provide verifiable evidence that you have not accessed any portion of the course or e-book content. This includes confirmation from our platform records showing zero modules opened, zero pages viewed, and zero files downloaded.
You must submit your refund request in writing to info@kollektiveai.com with your full name, email address used at purchase, order number, and a clear statement confirming you have not accessed the content.
You agree that we may verify your access history against our platform data. Refund requests will be declined if our records show any content has been accessed, regardless of the extent.
Upon approval, you must permanently delete any materials received and confirm this in writing.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
More than 14 days have passed since the original purchase date
Our platform records show any course content has been accessed, opened, or downloaded — even partially
Sufficient evidence of non-access cannot be provided or is contradicted by our platform data
The refund request is made after the customer has received direct implementation support or coaching from our team
The request is made on the basis of expected results not being achieved (results are not guaranteed — see our Earnings Disclaimer)
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
