By purchasing or accessing any of our products, including digital databases, educational materials, or training resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We offer digital educational products including e-books, online courses, templates, training materials, and business intelligence databases (collectively, "Products").

All Products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are supplied.

Where applicable, our databases contain publicly available, business-level information intended for research, market analysis, and informational purposes only.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the purchased Product.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Access is granted to the individual purchaser only

  • Products may not be shared, redistributed, or resold

  • Database files may not be publicly published or uploaded to shared repositories

  • Products may not be used to create derivative databases for resale

You may use the information for internal business research and market analysis only.

4. Data Usage & Compliance

Where Products include business intelligence data or brand listings:

  • The data consists of publicly available, business-level information.

  • No personal contact data (such as private emails, direct mobile numbers, or personal social accounts) is intentionally included.

  • Information is provided for informational and research purposes only.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any use of the information — including outreach, marketing, or communications — complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant data protection and electronic communications laws.

Kollektive AI does not endorse or authorise unlawful, unsolicited, or spam-based communications.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within our Products — including text, graphics, templates, frameworks, methodologies, data structures, and database formatting — is the intellectual property of Kollektive AI and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content

  • Create competing products derived from our materials

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methodologies for commercial distribution

6. Accuracy & No Guarantee

We make reasonable efforts to compile accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee:

  • The completeness, accuracy, or current validity of any data

  • The commercial performance of any listed business

  • Any specific business or financial outcome resulting from use of our Products

All use is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Educational & Earnings Disclaimer

Our Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Results will vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Nothing in our Products constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kollektive AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Products, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Regulatory penalties arising from your misuse of information

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
